Where do I get the upgrade 1.0.2 for EVO?

I'm not sure as to whether the Mars Rising/EVO CD contains EVO 1.0.2 however. Hope I could be of help though.

I meant, in 1.0.2, some enemies have seemingly infinite afterburners, which makes the game a thousand times harder.
