Is there any way you can see if there is a bar in a system threw the map? I'm curiose because I want to find an easyer way to find speacial missions? Is there any resource to find those missions that you have eather haven't done or lost?

No and no. Actually, if you are EVO programming literate and have Pilot File Editor and a fast enough computer to run it, you could open your pilot file and see which mission bits are set. it would be a lot of work to figure out which missions they went to, though. Maybe if you had the "Already Used Mission Bits" utility...
