I have been looking around the board and have seen refrences to pandoras box and i have become curious. what is it and where can i get it?

Pandora's box is an application for the Mac which lets you edit the numbers inside an application which is running, kind of like the "Action Replay" or "Game Genie" cartridges that were released for the SNES, Megadrive, etc.

It will search through the bit of RAM being taken up by a certain application for a value that you've put in, and then let you edit this. For a game such as PoG, it becomes very powerful as it lets you edit your strength, dexterity, experience points, etc. Never use it with a game which you enjoy playing and want to play again, as it will totally destroy the game for you.
