If you press the submit button twice, even if it's just a slip of the finger, it submits twice.
The board is slow because (url="http://"http://www.ambrosiasw.com/games/dr")Deimos Rising(/url) was just released. A similar thing happened after the release of PoG: there's a ton of traffic on the boards right now.
