ok, this one is weird. I tried going back to New Taronto after it said Mission failed" for the Kill the Nadir missions and got nothing, then i whent to Freeport and got nothing! if i cant get the mission back is there anything else i can do to make it work?

Check your active missions. You should find the mission with a bullet next to it. Abort the mission and go back to the mission's origin to get it again. Problem solved.

What do you mean by 'Kill the Nadir'? You're not supposed to kill it, just board it and get Anna B.

Miranu, that's the point, the Nadir got killed.....
Gow, this happened to me too, actually.... I finished the game, but never got Anna B.... so, I had a UE Cruiser-less UE government.... I don't think you can do much to get the mission back. Sorry.
