    • Mystery FC follows me around

      Hey, I noticed something weird.

There's a Trader Freight Courier following me around. Every time I enter a
system ( ANY system -- even deep inside the nebulas) he jumps in a few
      seconds later.

He's not part of a mission; he's around even when I have no missions at all.
He doesn't carry any freight or money, although he does keep a fairly full
tank of fuel (handy in those nebulas).

Has anyone else seen this? Is he some kind of Igadzra spy? I've long
suspected that the Igadzra are watching me. They didn't seem to completely
believe my ID when I picked up that sensor array, and I see shadowy cloaked
figures in just about every port.

Hmm.. now that I think of it, that Freight Courier's energy signature is
rather unlike a Zidagar phased beam's signature. It's not completely
unlike, such as the case with river eels, no, that would be too obvious. It's
just unlike enough that it shouldn't make anyone suspicious. That's pretty
      suspicious, isn't it?

Oh damn, what if it's not an Igadzra spy, but rather, a Frontier Express spy?
I never joined FE and I keep doing those Trade War missions. You don't suppose
they're on to me, do ya?

Does it have a specific name or is it just a FC? What gov. is it a part of and are you sure it's not your escort.

No special name, just Freight Courier.
      Trader govt.
      Not an escort.

He's a totally low-key kind of guy. Acts generic. Every time I hail him, he
acts like nothing unusual is going on. ( Yeah, like I'm not onto you.. )
He's one of those invisible traders you see everywhere, but never pay attention
to unless you're a pirate. I wouldn't have even noticed him if he hadn't
started following me around in nebulas.

    • Dont try to fix it. There are going to be search missions that you would pay 20,000 credits for 1 jump worth of fuel.

True, an extra 'supply ship' would be handy in the nebulas. šŸ˜‰

Hehe, I have the same deal using the f-25 plugin. Could it be that in systems distant from Sol freight couriers are designed to pop up (to show that they really are on the frontier)? The Fronteir Express missions are completed on my pilot, so you can rule that out.
