    • Sucsess! Great levels. The only bug I found was the one where the character didn't say anything in his dialgo box. I think that it may be due to the fact that the program thinks he is a sign (and you can't carry on conversations with signs). Instead of his face appearing with the dialgo, the sign picture did. You may want to look into that.

      Now for some suggestions:

      How bout going into the titles file and changing that "Seven Levels of Tekterton" picture to something else? It will make it seem more like your own level.

      And you could find some own music tracks for your levels. Although, this one isn't really necissary.

      Oh and, keep on working on more levels! 🙂

    • These conversations are pissing me off. I'm copying straight from the conversations found in actual Ferazel levels, and it doesn't like it.

      New music would require a new music file, which would require new MP3s...and I don't know any MP3s that are free and available for use. And they're big.

      The Ferazel's Wand music files aren't MP3s, I don't believe.

      a) they're listed type is "sound"
      🆒 MP3 players won't open them (QT will, but it also opens a lot of media files) Now, this could be because of the custom type/creator of the files. Well, taking a quick peek at the type/creator codes, they are AIFF files.

      About the only thing that would indicate that they are MP3s is the file size.

      That's not really that difficult to understand...now is it? 😉 I mean..if those directions were included with each new world release, people would easily be able to install and play the new levels. It's not that complicated!!

      Both of the problems I faced yesterday are now gone. a) I can now move to the third level from the second, due to a mistyped number. 🆒 More importantly, conversations are fixed. This means the guy in the secret passageway will now talk, and the guy I originally took out in the shipped version will now be put back in. He will explain the plot for you.

      At 10 PM CST, I have Basic Nothingness 0.1.1 out. Same Bat-time, same Bat-channel. (url="http://"http://www.crosswinds.net/~spamguy")http://www.crosswinds.net/~spamguy(/url)

    • Alrighty, spamguy..I've played through the first two levels. Am I supposed to be able to get to a third? Because I can't.

      Dialogs worked fine and dandy, but "Bob" seems to give an infinite number of magic potions. I keep asking for them and he keeps giving them to me. Nice racket for me. 🙂 The only other bug I found was the shooting arrows at the end of 'The Road Less Traveled.' The arrows on the ceiling shoot down on you but are harmless. No damage taken.

      Ohh...and I can't get 100% of the enemies either. That's because when I try to kill that flying up and down monster thing that can lose its head, it just falls down into the bottomless pit and I get no credit for having killed it. :frown: It's always there when I go back so I KNOW this is the enemy I'm not killing. Got 100% on everything else though. Good job!! It was fun!! Thanks for making the levels. I can't wait for the next one. 🙂

      There is a third level, but I made sure you can't get to it. Trust me, you don't want to play it. 🙂

      I think I know what to do about the arrows. Thanks for telling me.

      I didn't bother to fix the infinite magic potion bug because it's not that big a deal right now. You're at the end of the current game, there's nothing left to kill, it's not likely you'll use any of them at that point. Someday I'll fix that.

      It's a shame the up-and-down guy does that. Maybe I can find something else that is equally annoying while you're losing your balance on that hover rock.

      I noticed a few things about your levels you might want to know... The spikes you added on the first level do hurt, but you can climb up them. Also, I saw in your reasources that you have a new world map, but it doesn't appear in the game; is it supposed to?

      I also don't see the arrows Zelda's talking about. And although I'm sure this is my fault, where is the first guy you're supposed to have a conversation with? I found you (I guess ;)) but I don't know where the other guy is.

      These are great levels. I can't wait for the next one, it sounds hurtful. 😉

    • Here's a new perk for you all: Level 3 is half-complete, and functioning fairly well already. There's only one interesting peice of reading material in it (a poem), but the level structure's more interesting.
