The EV splash screen? Mine (v 1.0.5) shows a bunch of gold, red, white and blue ships on it.

Yeah, some of the blue ships are kestrels if you look carefully. What's with the weird colors in general?

As for the crew numbers, everything is getting screwed up right now in EV so I can't say right now.

Funny. In EVO, the splash screen shows a UE Destroyer in the foreground with UE fighter escorts, en route to blow up a few Voinian Frigates(The half-blue ones) while one is already a cloud of space dust. And 2 more UE Fighters attacking a Turncoat.

The EVC Splash screen shows a guy on a bridge looking out a window at his fleet of Rebel ships heading toward a planet.

The EVN splash screen shows a Starbridge and a Valkyrie accelerating on an out-system vector away from a star going nova, and a CC station about to be obliterated by the expanding ball of gas.
