    • I would like just general input on things that may help the story, or things that may possibly ruin it. For that matter, any suggestions/pointers/ideas are appreciated. If you come up with a plot idea - email me (seeing as how we dont want the plot to be common knowledge). Rules are not all set, so just keep sending ideas and such my way. Emailing is fine seeing as how i only get one email every month or so on average. But please, dont send me an email asking to be a certain faction...

      A web story is like a story where each person posts part of the story, then somebody else posts more, and so on and so out.

      The most obvios plot would be:rebels whoop up on confeds:We have to avoid that.

      Yea, I understand that much, but how do battles, and income, and technology work? Are there set rules? Or do people just make up everything?

      Thats harder to explain, battles work the same way I suppose. As for Income and tech, those are set up at the begining, actually, I'm not entierly sure what these guys are doing. Thats why I've decided to just stay out of this and moniter the conversation untill I understand it better.

    • Well, no one has emailed me or posted much for suggestions, so i guess i'll actually have to think about this on my own(so much for my lazy way out). Uhm, this thread will probobly die out soon, and I'll probobly revive it with notice that i've got things in order. Maybe at that time i can start signing people up.

    • What's wrong with the plot being public knowledge? The participants in it advance it themselvs. How about the same as BFSII: Pirates vs Aliens vs Rebels vs Confeds?

      Well, i think it'd be interesting to see how the players react to a sudden variable.
      Such as Wave of Destruction, when the Acarra arrived, and later attacked.

      For every two good occurrences you post about a battle you must also post one equal and opposite effect.

      I would think that that would fall under "Use common sense". Naturally you can't do anything unless you post it. And aside from that, i doubt a Government would kill and independent vessel seeing as how it'd ruin their reputation.
