      My dear enemy you seem to have disregarded more rules then there are in this webstory. I applaud you.

      Point 1:
      Your cruisers are cruiser type ships. Since you asked for no jump special abilities they take three days to jump. Your traverse to Rebel High Command, or Confederate for that matter would take more than three weeks or three real time days.

      Point 2:
      A direct relation to Point 1 is that after that movement it would take at least three more weeks to reach me.

      Point 3:
      You asked for peace, but then declared war for no reason at all. Making you a hypocrite and a rebellion toy. Ipvicus can not attack me without reason and he is a moderator, you are not.

      Point 4:
      Your attack was illegal because all attacks (even when I outnumbered Grundulator 20:1) must have losses. It is also polite to post your ships in every attacking circumstance.

      Point 5:
      You have no legitimate tactics or targets posted. A bombardment without any coordination is suicide.

      Point 6:
      You have no counter to my communication blocks, meaning that your fleets cannot coordinate anyway. I said all FTL communication is blocked, including psychos.

      Point 7:
      I would know what you meant better if you could spell.

      Moderators:
      My reasoning is fairly sound and I believe that the most recent posts by Unreal Centipede should be invalidated. Also I still need approval for my weapon (thinking of name) before it comes out. More I also need to know how many ships a new factory would produce. (I'm thinking, 1 Corvette, 2 Argosies, 5 Rapiers, 7 Lightnings, but that may be a little high.)

    • For point 6, I can say that Psi stuff has nothing to do with FTL or anything, for that matter. My guess is that it is instantanious, and cannot be blocked, such as Bugger Communication in the Ender's Game series.

      For point 7, that was just pure flame. There's no need for that.

      If you'll remember the "Ender's Game" series communication was philote based and was the same for humans and buggers. (both were eventually blocked by the sentient computer mind Jane in "Children of the Mind") My idea was not based on that consciously but it was very similar...

      How many ships were in 80? I don't know. Why don't you post the # of ships in all your systems next post.

      Question 2:
      Are all your ships upgraded? None of your ships in 82 or 92 should be because the technology couldn't be transmitted...

      Until moderation arrives I will not post on the webboard as it would be illigitimate if I posted in the opposite of potential ruling.

      No, they don't. But my other 6 are still techno full.

      Also, about the going through confed space thing. I had already talked with Ipvicus on AIM, and since he's not posting at all, I decided to go through with the treaty.

      Meanwhile I'm rebuilding my new cruiser (I have two now) shields are now lowered to 600 speed lowered to 350. My new weapon is going to be changed to a torpedo class using the negative/positive energy charge I talked about before. I'm taking out the guiding system and giving the smaller torpedo shields to withstand up to five blows of a PDS cannon. The torpedo is also shut in a spinning motion with a drill head to cause immense damage to hull. Due to the shields on the torpedo 1/4 torpedoes will now pierce shields and cut straight to the hull. (Ship modifications are approved but the weapon has yet to have approval.) All ships will be outfitted with this weapon 2 weeks after its arrival on the market as well as 4 per ship. (2 weeks ago) I decided my previous weapon was to insanely powerful. While this is unusable in my current battle (because it has already occurred) it will be useful in the future.
      Devil's Advocate:
      Shield: 600
      Speed: 350
      1 Lightning bay (2 Lightnings) 4 Laser turrets, 3 Proton cannons (for variety). Three upgraded torpedo launchers and 25 Brimfires.

      Brimfire: (Logic is above)
      Mass damage: 35
      Energy damage: 90
      Speed: 800 (No guidance system)
      Size 2 tons
      Misc: 1/4 penetrate shields
      This needs to be passed, until then I will avoid combat.

      If you have noticed my post I confined you to quarters and that means you could take that as a war threat. I have made it that no convenient way to ship stuff out of those systems will be easy. And I have even threatened you. So you can take this as war.

      I think that you should take more than 3 weeks to create a complex design that takes much more time than a "hypergate" and the plans are much more complex. I think that you should not even create a wormhole becuase this early in the webstory using uncreative tech that have already been used in previos webstorys is dumb. So I think a moderator should intervene on the fact about the wormhole. And unreal, wormholes are easily blocked, so using them in war is obsoleate.
      And a triple agent tch tch tch.

      Unreal, my point wasn't that you could use it in war, {but if you had one you would} but that three RTD's is too short. {And once again if you used them in war, they are easily blocked.}

      Mass dmg per sec: 10
      Range: 10 kilometers (full damage) (each kilometer after halves the power.)
      Mass: 10 tons
      Regenerates: 10 secs
      Misc: Turreted, weaker and is used as a long distance weapon. Drains fuel cells slowly because of the design (45 secs). Regenerates in 10 secs. Available on all avian ships except the scoutship.

      Penetrator (beam)
      Shield dmg per sec: 75
      Mass dmg per sec: 10
      Range: 5 Kilometers
      Mass: 15 tons
      Regenerates: 15 secs
      Misc: Straight fire, Strong, medium range, Drains fuel cells moderately (30 secs). Available on all ships besides the scoutship.

      Other Avian stuff:
      Silksteel:
      All armor is multiplied by 1.5
      Plasma shields:
      All shields is multiplied by 1.5

      Avian wave (laser energy):
      Shield dmg: 40-20
      Mass dmg: 10-7
      Range: 2 rapier lengths
      Mass: 10-5 tons
      Misc: Leaves the ship at every point. A completely enveloping circle. Is a quick blast and takes 12.5 secs to regenerate. Is on all avian ships. Destroys all missiles and projectiles.

      Avian wave (plasma energy):
      Shield dmg: 75
      Mass dmg: 25
      Range: 3 rapier lengths
      Mass: 20 tons
      Misc: Slowly radiates from the ship. A compleate enveloping circle. Is a slow leaving energy. Destroys all missiles and projectiles. Is on ######uso Warbird only.

      Do you know that that does count as what you did before. You can't just make people go crazy, for that is too powerful. And killing random traders is an ATROCITY and that can be used against you (and will I might add).
