David: Yes, I intended to make this somewhat bigger. The TIE Bomber was an outgrowth of the Fighter, yet ended up being considerably larger (interestingly enough, their intended roles are the same as these two Confederation fighters). Of course, you would normally expect a remake to have a few different features...

Wings are quite easy. I simply take a square basic shape, and open it up in the modeller. Delete your entire original square, and start from scratch with the pen tool. Once you have the basic shape you want, exit the modeller. Resize it any way you want, and rotate it to fit whatever angle you wish. A very easy part in modelling, I think.
