THREE to FIVE days off of work 
As I recall, Canada celebrates it in October, but not on the same level as America does as I recall.
Thanksgiving is a day of relaxation. As Turkey contains chemicals that make humans very tired.. couple that with some wine... mmmmmmmm... zzzzzzzzzz.
