hey, I think sphinx and Missile Man, or "Kim and Dan" and "Hustler" of late, have missed the point here. The reason a competitve ladder is good is becasue people play their hardest and that makes the battles more interesting. If you don't accept challenges from people below you who might actually have a chance of winning, your high rank means nothing. The least you can do is show some respect to Dude and Avara by following following the rules of his ladder and reporting the games that you LOSE as well as the ones you win, if not acting mature. And even by following the rules, obnoxious egomaniacs can come out on top too! Prove that you're really good, back up those shallow insults by actually winning honorably!

Hell, neither of them should be in the ladder, since they are supposedly banned... As I have explained in differnt posts, people should stop helping them@!# I personly think the shouldn't be in the ladder since they are banned from the tracker.

Is Missile Man really banned from the tracker? He finds his way into a lot of servers... Hell I'll find his IP next time he comes in so maybe we can check because a lot of people are getting sick of him crashing us...
he also completely ruined Dude's avara ladder while he was left to maintain it while Dude was on vacation.

There should be a rule (I have not read them - so there may or may not be) where if you are challenged to a match, and you refuse (in front of a ref) then you lose the match. So - get them in a server, challenge them with the ref there. IF they refuse- claim victory and have the ref post the win.
Then again, as all of us have seen on these boards, the two people in question do not behave as adults - so remember that as you encounter them in the servers. I hope one day they will act their age - not their shoe size (as the old song goes.)

Taz!: what killme said, it's hard to stand up to a ref, when they are the ones being the problem.
Edgar: Don't play the fool... You are friends with both sphinx, and missile man. And I am VERY sure that you are in full knowledge of any other names they might use.
Oh yes, and I know that this probably won't make a diffrence, but while I was at a ladder server, killme made the comment "ed, nice bs post on the webbords." Edgar responded "yeah, I know". I have a snapshot posted at my website (url="http://"http://www.meteorarts.com/evidence.jpg")here(/url).
As I said earlier, I still think Missile Man, and Atomic (hustler and kim and dan, on the avara ladder) should both be banned, wether or not one of them is a ref in the avara ladder. The reason MM put for knocking killme down was dissrespect of a ref, and knowing MM, MM started it. He once said (or was it sphinx, dunno. both of them were flaming at the same time) that ambrosia was trying ot take away there freedom of speach. Isn't that what he is doing? How else could somone be disrespectful to a person over a chat on the internet?

I wrote a note to E-mail saying that he should probably reset the ladder when he returns since MM has stretched the rules and guidlines so much.

Hello Campers,
I just got back from holidays and I am in the process of going through all my emails. I can see from the above posts and the messages I have received personally that things a little messy with the ladder right now. That's kinda what I expected, but all will be set straight shortly. I still think the ladder is a great idea and will deal with grievances in a fair manner. Check the Avara Ladder Site for any news.
