After about a year of absence I have returned, which also brings up a problem
everytime I go to play ares the game won't let me choose a level what do I do.
I must know!!

If not, just make a scenario with Hera, and set it to use the factory settings, and don't change anything in it. When you want to play Ares, just drag that scenario over Ares.

Actually, I have the same problem, but I haven't bothered to fix it. I just drag the "Ares Scenarios" file on.
