poger, you have to have all the right components in place for a plugin to work. When you start Coldstone and chose "Plugin" rather than "Game" it will ask you where to find the data file for the parent game. Look for it in the PoG folder.
When you have put in the events which you want to happen with the Event Editor, go to one of the top menus which is called "Project" and select "Build Release". This will then compile the plugin in the correct format.
Read the Coldstone manual. It's not the best, but it is the place to start.
