I know, I know, this topic has been on here millions of times, but for one final time I would like to have everyone list their games and story lines that they plan to make. Mine are:

      1. Sniberal's Dragons

Story Line: After your father the great Dragonlord Trate dies you are next in line to take the thrown of the Clan you father ruled, but not all agree you are right for the job. You are you going to need to prove to them that you CAN rule this Clan! (Story line is under construction!)

      2. Shi

Story Line: You're a ninja from the year 1500. You play through about 25 missions with multiple endings. (Story line is under construction!)

      3. TOP SECRET!

      Story Line: TOP SECRET

Please add in your games you plan to make! Thanks!

    • Here's just a quick summary from the upcoming web page. 🙂

      (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/webboard/Forum50/HTML/000015.html")Epitheisterra: Earth After God(/url)

    • I'm thinking the story of Little Red Riding Hood done as a swords-and-sorcery epic. As "Red", the heroine, you set out to avenge your grandmother's death at the hands of the Wolf Clan.

Also thinking of doing a spy game, sort of like "the Avengers" or some of those sixties movies that "Austin Powers" makes fun of.

Uh the game would be like conker but rpgish so more of a mature audience it would be a comedy to

    • Well, as Andiyar stated, I am working with him on Epitheisterra, which will just happen to blow you all away. 😛 As he already posted all the non-confidential meat, I have little more to say.

LOL. I've always been fond of revisionist fairy-tales. ^)^ <---Picasso face

There's a slight chance I might work on the Killer T-cell game I proposed in another post, and I drafted up a four-page prospectus on "Death on Titan," but I really need to complete my Escape Velocity total-conversion epic first!

Note: This is from Celchu. Sorry Andiyar, I had a complete mind-blank.

Hey, that looks and sounds cool! I like the set up a lot!

Sniberal, we're hoping that we can! Right now, we're playing with back histories and the engine, and I've determined a way to keep game-play interesting at low levels. We may also have to expand the rosters of Moonlit to include a couple af artists and a musician, I hope! Of your games, Shi sounds pretty neat. I've also had a soft spot for feudal Japan. 🙂

In my other life I compose music for theater (working right now on an Errol-Flynn style entre-act for a Ken Ludwig play). A few (short) samples at (url="http://"http://home.earthlink.net/~nomuse/soundpages/soundex.html")http://home.earthlin...es/soundex.html(/url)

Volunteered my services over at the EVO board already, and did some new escort voices for a guy the other month. I'm no egotist; if I can't come up with what you wanted, I've still learned and grown from the experience of trying.

    • The dream is always the same. I am standing in a dark place, waiting for something. Suddenly, a bright light makes me blind. So I am looking back to save my eyes and I see a woman surrounded by light flying around my friend Tomy. She is looking at him with insistence and captivate him. Suddenly, there is an earthquake. I fell something comes from the bright light and É I wake up. I think I have watched Final Fantasy the movie much too much time.

This is the introduction of S-23. You can see my characters, Sylvia, Tomy and Heather, in the Coldstone image gallery.

Those all sound pretty darn good! Just drop one of us a line so we can e-mail you when we actually decide on the finer points. Thanks!

    • A fairly small one:

(as yet unnamed; open to suggestions'):

Set in contemporary Nevada, in a secret government installation where a team of elite scientists, engineers and programmers are developing a kind of ultimate computer- able to calculate literally googoles(sp?) of variables per hour. Unfortunately, the head of the project is quite corrupt, and has covertly used the mostly finished computer to devise a massive plan to gain him enormous power. The user will play one of the scientists working in the building the day the plan is executed.

    • un-named:
Man had conquered most of the galaxy when a sudden outbrake appeared. It was not known where it started or how, but countless trillions were affected. The desease caused skin to rot and brains to diminish severely. Zombie-like beings were left. No cure has been found, no ways to stop the spread have been discovered. You are <insert name here>, a young boy who is looked after by a man that found you outside a village that had been decimated. You live in MEGA-CITY LX12, one of the last on <insert planet name>, an outerworld. You come back one day to find you're city in ruins, with millions of zombies. They had never shown the brain-power to attack something in groups, let alone something of that size. Strange ships were flying over head, etc. So you run out into the wasteland with, plot continues, you get the idea right? 🙂 Think: Resident evil meets Final Fantasy.
I'll try to include the ability to switch from your character into a mech type mobile suit for a limited time (batteries) if I can find a way to implement that, and assuming that I ever find the time to do all the artwork this game would require, think: forever 😉

jphv-name it the powermac g5, and the main character the woz! (you know steve has to have alterior motives to his digital hub strategy, right?)

    • I'd say what I'm working on, but I'm not exactly at liberty to discuss it, and I'm not terribly confident that it will meet the goals that have been set for it. If the project does take off, you'll probably hear more. If it doesn't, well, you won't be disapointed.

The biggest problem for us will be music, but we've got graphics mostly covered.

I feel the same way about my games. Except it will be graphics I have the trouble with. :frown: Good luck on your game!

    • I've a few ideas. Personally, I plan to wait until one of my projects is well underway before I make any public announcements, as I suspect that Coldstone has an even higher potential for vaporware than EV plug-making. 🙂

If you dig through the Image Gallery and the previous "Your game" topics here, you can already find relics of two of my past vaporware Coldstone concepts... I'm going to really try not to create any more of them. 🙂

Basically, my thoughts are running along two parallel tracks right now - either a light-hearted game playing off of the many accumulated cliches of the RPG genre, or a more serious, darker game working on stretching the Coldstone engine in new and unexpected directions. Time will tell if either, or both, develops into anything real.
