Come on folks, to think so is to be wrong. AD&D; is not the final authority on everything roleplaying, and I'm sure they'd admit it. Chill, you said about the most ignorant and foolish and plain out worst thing to say up there. This is an RPG creating discussion board, not a modifying one. #1 shut up
#2 go eat a strawberry sundae you'll feel better
#3You know what's funny about that I've never actually played D&d; or AD&D; it just looked too stupid and motionless (I grew up on Console RPGs) I only use it too relate to all you "I shall smite you with my +2 sword of deadliness" dorks out there
#4 you still need to go back and read the UBB tutorial, and maybe go learn some HTML while you're at it
#5 I love turnbased, I admire FF7 it was fun and if you don't likke it you can kiss my frozen blac-- well you get the idea right, Mr.Smilie gets it don't you Mr.Smillie?
#6 No "young one" ,cback many a year ago (about 2), CGE was about turnbased traditional
framework RPG's, what ever your PC/NPC,storyline,art,interface or plot resembled was up to you. The battle system was preset and there werne't too many options, In fact it was "optionless" , as some would say
#7 I know more about CGE than you imagine, don't describe its purpose to me...
#8 Who said anything about changing old ones, and tell my this how would I do this "Mr.smart ass"
#9 These games will be more adventure based, we're basically building
zelda,w/spells&levels; (like FF adventure for the GB). Deal with it
#10 Of Course, there are alternatives to this realtime drudgery , email me and find out...
