Disagree with any you like, these aren't rules that must be rigidly followed, their suggestions. I only say it because I know there are people who never visit (or don't even know about) the ASW sites. I know I didn't for a long time, I only found plugins because people put them on lots of sites. Anyway it was only a suggestion...

Oh, I know, and I probably should have given my reasons for disagreeing, which EVula stated quite well:

I think this holds true even for large TCs. However, I also feel that if you do have a nice, professional-looking website that you know you're not going to lose, hosting your TC there would only make sense -- if you've got the space to host it, of course.

Yeah, I don't consider it a part of the Empire proper since I don't actually own it (unlike my four domains), but it is certainly another thing in the EV community that I have control over. If we were to continue the "imperialistic" analogy, I guess it would count as a settlement more than a colony. (url="http://"http://www.evula.org/").org(/url)-hosted sites are colonies, the Ambrosia things I control are settlements, (url="http://"http://www.evula.net/").net(/url)-hosted sites are districts, and my (url="http://"http://forums.evula.com/")Forums(/url) would be the capital. 🙂

I need to write all this stuff down somewhere.

Edit: I must be as tired as I feel, I botched the whole analogy thing. Bleh, I guess that's what I get for going to bed at 2:30 and waking up at 7.
