    • I am the king!

      16 23 3209

I have pretty much conquered the universe!

I am an overlord in practicly every system in EVO. If your wondering what ship i have, I have a Cresent Warship. I hijacked it.

Just wondering if you have conquered the universe or have a top-grade ship.

Can't seem to take over earth, Vionia, most of the zidagar and other, mean goverments...

      🆒

    • w00ties for you!

I never was into Planet Domination For Fun And Profit. Seemed tedious. As for ships, I prefered the Laizra (with the occasional Laizra escorts) because it's fast.

    • Me either. Number one, it's evil (and I don't like being evil, by the way), and two, it's INSANELY hard and time-consuming. Sure, always having money on hand is nice, but not when half the universe hates you.

I prefer the Crescent Warship myself, btw. With a full complement of Neutron Cannons.

    • I love EVO, but I never got too far into it. I've never flown anything better than a Lazira myself. I might prefer the Freight Courier, though.

    • If you aren't king of Council Station, Voinia, and Earth then you aren't king of anything. And of course I have a top-grade ship. En. Arada on one pilot, Voinian Dreadnought on another. Both with 6 Dreadnought escorts of course. Can't recall if those did one or two strand strings.

Cheater. You should know better than to use plugs that give you escorts you couldn't normally obtain, Qaanol!

I'd say he probably just abandoned the mission to investigate or the mission to destroy the Dreadnought, many many times, then disabled and boarded it, many many times, and eventually overcame its large (right?) crew count and captured it, six times over. Awesome commitment, and that's a pilot file you don't want to lose track of ;).

    • Hmm...didn't think about that possibility. And that IS commitment.

Though I have a commitment-sort of thing myself...

The Man: Me, of course, zipping around in a Pirate Valk class IV w/4 T-Head Lances (and 6 cambrian escorts)

The Mission: Fill every cranny of those 21,000 tons of cargo space with mined Opals.

Well, I started on friday. In about 40 minutes, I had managed to get down to the 19,000-ton range. I resumed the next day, and after a few hours, I'd made it down to around 16,000 tons.

Sadly, I was starting to lose my patience once I got down around there, so I landed on Gem, bought the rest of the opals, and sold them at Serenity.

I whole-heartedly swear I had never attempted this sort of thing before. And it made me 20.00M Credits richer.

What happened? Did you get bored one day and decide "Hey, I want to be the most awesome person in existance."

Cause if that's all it takes, count me in.

      Really.

Forgot to mention, that's opals MINED, I should have added.

    • Here is an easy way to conquer a stellar object (aka stastion/planet)

      1. Overload your fighter bays with fighters
      2. Get lot's of escorts
      3. Deploy as many fighters as you can
      4. Demand tribute
      5. If you have a lot of fighters out there, you are taking up the max amount of ships that the game can handle at one time
      6. The Station/Planet should only be able to deploy one defense ship to meet you
      7. Defeat that ship and if you still have fighters in your bay, launch more IMMEDIATELY after you destroy the Defense ship
      8. No more fighters should meet you
      9. Repeat the demand tribute and you have just won yourself an easy kill

-----If you use this same glitch while jumping into a system, you will notice that there will not be very many (or none) ships besides yours in the system-----
----- It helps if you build your own ship 😉 -----

    • Crescent Warships are a great part of a well balanced Breakfast

    • Did you cheat by lowering the defcount, like I did?

Not as much fun when you have to kill only a couple ships...

    • I've captured the most of UE space with 6 stock (Enhanced Variant) Azarda escorts, and me in a top of the line Azarda. It was very fun. Azardas rule.

    • Are you talking about Azdaras or Aradas? "Azarda" isn't a ship in Override.

    • I have conquered most of the galaxy. I never cheated(or even registered) I have a UE carrier with a cressant fighter bay and a krait fighter bay with two turrets(the same as the crescent warships). I have 6 crescent warship escorts.

    • After dominating enough planets in the stock version of the game, I began to lower the def count in some of the TCs I played to make the game go faster. 🙂
