Alot of newbies (including myself) seem to ask alot of questions about missions and the sort, and I think that it's a good idea to start a new topic for all these questions so that the rest of the forum can be used for other stuff.
My first question-Are there any prerequisites for the "blow up the rock missions" and where do you get these missions"

The Voinian missions stop after they tell you that they're starting something too important for a human to be involved in. If you want anything beyond that, you'll have to download the excellent Reign of the Voinians plugins.

I'm still trying to figure out what 'alot' means. 
I also heartily recommend ROTV and ROTVII. Note that the Reign 2 plug should be given a suitable name, such that it comes after Reign 1 in an alphabetical list. Otherwise, it won't work properly. I'd recommend playing with both plugs in, right from the start, since the 'super cruiser' that you see in Reign 1 is a bit annoying.
As for the Zacha, keep blowing away renegades and keep landing and checking out bars in the systems where you regularly see blue CFs and Aradas. Their missions are well worth doing, and unlike so many of the other missions they don't require a specific alliegance which stops you doing other things.

ROTV is a great plug you should go to some of the voinians militray stations and also but first go to savas station and wait in the bar
or try the outpost the main out post against the emalgha caus you have to beat them before you can try to beat the humans so after that you should go to the fridion system if you cant get anymissons from savass go to the bar on the planet in the fridion sysytem

First mission in that string is the "Rescue Voinian Defector". Get a decent combat rating and go to Luna after being drafted into the shipping group. Save the Voinian, take the cargo run in the bar, then take the cargo runs in the mission computers, then get the "Rescue Voinian Defector" mission (in the UES Charlton in the Chorca system). Take him to Knox then take him to Pareen Station.
