I was thinking about how you would do this a while ago, back when there was only EV. (I never visited the message board though, so I don't think anyone will remember me) Hyperspace jumping would be like setting out on a journey, like when you are going to another town, and there's just a bunch of empty road from here to there. Hyperspace fuel would be your provisions or stamina, (Since this is obviously set in the middle or so ages, by that pic of a dragon I saw somewhere else)

Your main weapon could be a sling or something that has ammo laying all over the place, and the price of it would be the training it takes to make you proficient in it, same thing with bows and such, although you would need to buy arrows with them. Magic and running (the afterburner) could use fuel (your stamina).

Planets (cities) would not allow you to land (come in) by having their soldiers keep you out. Shields would be your armor, be it plate, leather, chain, or whatever. The only thing I can't see you do is buying new ships, unless you were a parasite of some sort and you somehow take control of humans, and buying new ships would be taking new hosts... Or, maybe, you buy a new horse.

Yeah, that could be it... Pack horses would be freighters, war horses would be ships, and mules would be the shuttle... hehehe... umm... I got a bit carried away here... (just so you know, this is only some speculation of mine, I do NOT, in any way, work at Meowx designs, although I sometimes wish I did...)

How did you get the background nebulae in place so well? What did you use? I've been trying to get something similar to happen with the Outpost Beta Total Conversion Plut. The galaxy is going to be HUGE, and so I'm having different parts. I was trying to get a massive nebulae as big as the galaxy I've drawn up so far ("HomeGal" is bigger then the entire Override galaxy as it stands) so that it loops it. But I can't seem to get it in place. Any ideas?

I believe in Dark Realms, you are supposed to be someobdy who has learned to be able to shape shift and then I guess the shipyard would be where you could pay to learn new "shapes"..

That would be the excellent program "EVO Developer’s Map" by Pontus Ilbring. Someone help me out here, I can't remeber where I got it and there's no web site in the read me! I remember reading a post somewhere about getting a picture of the whole EVO Map, this progam also lets you export the map as a PICT! Great stuff. MUCH better than EV-Edit, the Lord of Bugs and Master of Corruption.

In Dark Realms : Legends of Destiny, you are a Shifter. Shifters are capable of changing their form to match that of any other creature's once they learn its genetic coding.
