In ye olden daeys of ye webbe boarde, webbe storees were not as sophisticated as they beist noweth. Folkes woulde just continue ye storee, none of these fancie fleets ande so onne ande so forthe. So, let us revisit ye olden daeys with a good olde-fashioned webbe storee.

Dash Riprock stood on the island of Aphrodite, Levo, grinning at his new shuttlecraft. Wow, thought Dash, She's beautiful. And to a beggining space captain, she was- and outfitted with an ecsape pod and-Dash was proud of this-a proton bolt cannon. Dash entered the ship and started the controls...

Having never participated in or watched a webstory on these boards, do you just take over where the last poster left off? Like could I say what Dash did next, or do I have to have my own, seperate character?

After ascending through levo's atmosphere and into the cold, dark vacuum of space, Dash flicked on his sensors. When the screen was flooded with hundreds of large dots that read "privateer" beneath, Dash figured it to be a sensor malfunction. Opening the viewport to see for himself, Dash's eyes fell upon the largest and most terrifying fleet that he had ever seen. So much for my proton bolt cannon he thought....

... when Macavenger's ph33red fleet of Rebel Destroyers hypered into the system. The Kestrels, immediately regognizing the fleet of seven, all turned and fled from the system.

Dash then...

The Pirates returned with seven hundred captured Confed Cruisers. The Rebel Destroyers were obliterated instantly. Dash's jaw dropped at the sight. The Pirates then began dropping asteroids onto the planet of Levo.

Come on guys, that's not very realistic. Where did they capture seven hundred confed cruisers? That doesn't make any sense, but...

Activating his ship's built in escape-pod-recieving unit, Dash maneuvered his ships so as to recieve the pod that came flying out of an exploding Rebel Destroyer. Once locked in, the escape pod's hatch opened with a hiss, and out stepped...

I figured we were writing a sort of realistic (in the EV universe. You know what I mean) sorta thing. Oh well, when in Rome...

As he starts to fly out as well, Dash realizes that opening the airlock means that his whole ship is open to space...

Meanwhile, the planet of Levo has exploded from the asteroid bombardment and a giant armada of cockroaches is homing in on Dash's shuttle.

However, by improbability physics, anything can happen. The Cruisers all turn into Goldfish and asphyxiate in the wake of the improbability drive.

Mr. Moose

The improbability goes so high that the drive makes another drive, and Marvin2, who talks to one drive and kills it. Marvin2 is not depressed, he's evil.

Dash starts killing an infinate amount of monkeys and trashing their typewriters. He also rejects their script for Hamlet.
